Toilet in 2023 Palomino Puma travel trailer has a large opening straight down to the black tank, releasing gas and a horrible smell into the camper where the kids and I sleep.

We bought a Dometic 300 toilet and they have a manufacturing default, and when I tried to get them to replace it, they wouldn't do anything without proof of purchase of our 5th wheel or if we were first or second owners of it and proof of purchase of the toilet. You would think if the company knows about a default in their product, they would be a little more willing to help with the wrong, but no!!! Everyone I talked to was short with responses and wasn't willing to help at all, even with showing proof of having the toilet and the leaking of sewage!!!

Thermostat does not work right been that way since I bought the camper in 2013 replaced it and the new one does the same thing furnace does not shut off at set temp runs way to long before it shuts off been looking for answers since I got the camper nobody has an idea where to look wiring problem no it runs but when set point is hit it keeps on running

My front Dometic 15000 BTU/Heat pump has failed. It is one of three on my 2004 Monaco Exective 45' Motor home. What model does Dometic make for a direct replacement.?

It's flashing an E4 message and is not putting out very cool air. We've got it set to 69°F and it is at 90°F.

We live full-time in our motorhome. I'm disabled and have extreme body temperature problems.

Very little known about some products they sold 15 to20 years ago . Needed a replacement but had a hard time getting it resolved . Did most of the research myself .

We have a Dometic toilet in our camper that is leaking sewage between the base and the bowl. There is a recall on them.

The toilet was installed in our RV in 2019. The leaking of the sewage just started. Because the toilet is more than 3 years old from the installation, they want to honor their recall. How were we to know there was a problem with the toilet?

This company stinks just like their toilets. They could care less about their customers!

My latch for my refrigerator RM 2620 is broken. I need to a compatible latch that will work on this model!

Its either out of stock or says it discontinued. Please let me know!

Rv water heater stopped working. Tech gave info on whart to do. It didn't work, but a decent effort.

Atwood was a small appliance manufacturer that was bought out by a company called Dometic. I am trying to find a water heater for a camper that was built built by Atwood in 1999.

This item was discontinued 10 years ago. I'm OK with that but it would be nice if their catalog and contact information got updated.

After much frustration I contacted Dometic and learned what I need to know but that may not have happened without the help of Pissed Consumer! Thank you!

I have been trying for over an hour to contact customer service. I've tried many different phone numbers, even the one that came with the product, and got nothing. I was put on hold forever, and I left a message.

So, the one that they had, I couldn't talk to anybody. You gave me a key and a bunch of information. It seemed useless for a phone call, and I still got nowhere.
