I recently bought Domestic water heater for a trailer trailer, to replace my old one. My old Domestic Water heater is gas/electric model. The new one is gas-only model. Question, should I only connect the 3 wires from the water heater for power?.

Preferred solution: Just information on how to connect the wires. My old Domestic water heater was gas/electric with 7 wires, the new one is gas only with 3 wires

User's recommendation: Let know who we are spending our money with, this company can do better by providing instruction information if we need it and don’t have to pay for that allso!.

I ordered an air conditioner from Amazon, I put it in my RV. Never touched it for eight months. Didnt see the need to hurry to put it in him and sold me with some small cosmetic damages. I have the paperwork to prove that. A month ago when the RV repair man came out, he open the top of this unit and show me a disaster. The motor was pulled away from the unit. All the coils were damaged. It was a total damaged unit. No one will help me from Dometic fix my problem. I am extremely disappointed. And I have offered many solutions. All customer service can say is we can help you

This customer bought something used from Amazon...shouldn't it be Amazon who takes care of him? If I bought a car from my neighbor and it was garbage, I could not go to Ford and demand they fix it or tell me how to fix it under their customer service department.

Amazon said they only took care of it for 30 days, I had read the reviews and the company had a guarantee for two years. When I purchased it from Amazon, I never opened it up and even if I had, I wouldn’t of known what to look for.

It was only one summer came, and we use our RV, did I look at it. And that’s when I found out it had been totally destroyed in shipping and no one would help me.

They never help me now wonder what to do with this bad toilet .

I just finished talking to customer service person explaining what just happened. So I got a new toilet installed it and I realize that the gravity seat keeps on coming down because it hits the toilet. So now I need a toilet because the 300 series keep on leaking on me, and they are telling me they will not replace it because I didn't understand how to measure it. So I need them to send me the plastic one, and they will not do it for me . And it their product. That is not good.

Issue with my Refrigarator

Hello, I have a Dometic refrigerator in my motorhome . The model is DM2672RB4. For the last few days the light bulb is no more working. I have try to find instruction in the owner manual on how to replace the bulb but I cannot see any instruction. Can someone send me instruction and the model of light I needs to purchase in ore=der to replace the light bulb please. Thank you Claude Gaudreau 647-389-**** (Canada)

Faulty Reefer

We purchased a Keystone Cougar RV in 2021 brand new. We took it on a 2.5 hr away trip. Upon arrival I noticed there was no light coming on when I opened the fridge. I checked to see if I could locate a fuse in the electrical panel. No issues there. I found someone in the campground that was an RV tech, luckily, and he showed me where the little reset button is behind the unit in the compartment. What a joke. We took it on 2 more trips and the same thing. Then one day we (my wife and I) woke up in the RV with splitting headaches and a terrible smell. It turned out that one of your welds went bad and the refrigerant was leaking in to the RV while we slept. We had made comments to River City RV in Grants Pass on multiple occasions in hopes they would do the right thing and fix it. Apparently it was out of their hands or the issue was discounted on your end. We finally got a new fridge and the very first time we went to use it, it would not work. The techs on site were not surprised and are not real proud of your product. Apparently I am not the only one with issues. I decided to take a drive to other RV companies that sold your product to do my own investigation to see what others thought of Dometic. Not good... I am interested in some type of compensation for all of my troubles and am wanting a real fix to our problem. The tech most recently described some type of run around when he spoke with your warranty people about why this so called brand new unit failed.
